"I love this Office! I have been Lori’s customer since 2015. Changed 5 cars, a few homes and …probably 9 lives too! …If you are a female, additionally, a business owner, I say that you must have someone on your Team who would educate and watch out for you in those areas where you can’t or you don’t have the time for or you may not even know about the risk. So it’s what Lori Robertson and Her Team did for me as a person (who also was a woman and lost property) and as a business owner as well, who had ideas that were inseparable from the need to take risks. I promise you, you’d think you know it all about insurance because you think you’ve heard it all, but in actuality there is a lot you don’t know… Oh, a lot! So why wouldn’t you want to have someone help you through your financial planning? Help you protect your assets better than you can ever do it alone. Why won’t you stop by and meet Lori! Play smarter. (I also do not know another Insurance agent locally who would be as qualified.) When Lori says she supports women - she surely means it!"

He was easy to get in contact with and able to answer all of my questions. Jon walked me through my policy to make sure I had a thorough understanding and was comfortable with my coverage, which was deeply appreciated as a first-time home buyer!"

"I had a lapse in insurance (my fault) which resulted in stressful in between work visits to the tag office (long line of course). Unfortunately there were snags with Raleigh dmv and a particular form, but Lori and her team especially Jessica, worked hard to help me out and they have still been helping me get documents together for court so I’m prepared. They also let you text so that has been very helpful for me because I’m pretty busy. Look forward to continuing service here. (Statefarm has always been good to me even in statesville, NC when I was under my mother’s policy, which I did have a few accidents but they always took care of me)"
