Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a competitive and motivated Sales Assistant to help customers with their insurance needs and to support our sales representatives. This position is great for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively seek out leads for the sales team  Schedule client appointments for sales representatives Prepare and keep track of documents that are needed throughout the sales process  Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
